OCEANVIEW Waves – La Waves Drive. (Formerly, the Landmark) Sure to impress your family, JUST BEACHY has something for everybody to get the most out of their stay. Perched on a peaceful street in the heart of Waves, bring your group to the beach, lounge by the pool, or spend the day exploring everything Hatteras Island has to offer.
Unload the car, step into the all-floor elevator, and glide right into relaxation. From the outside, venture up the ramp towards a sparking pool with loungers and an outside shower to help you rinse off after a day in the sun. At nighttime, soak up the silence and the starry sky in the six-person hot tub. If inside adventures are more your speed, walk into the first level and find the game room. Complete with a pool table, arcade games, half bath, and a wet bar; game nighttime can be every nighttime! Also, on this level you can find a master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath and a pyramid bunk bedroom, ideal for kids or those who want to stay close to the competition.
On the second level, you will find the majority of this home’s bedrooms. All masters, a king and three queen bedrooms all feature private baths, TVs, and walk-in closets. From here, you can venture out to the covered deck, accepting for shady afternoon relaxation or a morning coffee perch. The home’s sixth and final master bedroom is on the third floor, not only featuring a TV and walk-in closet, but also including a private bathroom complete with a hottub.
While the first level is for those who want to play, the third is for everybody to come together. With an open floor plan, everybody can relax with plenty of space. Gather in the great room to watch your favorite shows or talk about the day’s adventures. The chef of the group will have a ball preparing the family favorites, eaten around the dining table fit for ten or outside on the covered porch. A powder room is even available to wash up before diving in. For those who need some peaceful, venture to the fourth-floor tower room, where you can sit at a table or take in the gorgeous vistas.
