Take in the island air on the adjoining boardwalk with private entry to a sandy soundfront beach, ideal for windsurfers, fisherman, and families. Air out your gear or catch a few rays of sun. Watch the water from three levels of decks and catch spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your vacation home.

Take a dip in the pool or simply relax on the fenced-in pool deck. Slip into the bubbly hot tub on the first level covered deck to take a moment away from everybody. Inside, challenge the family to a pool tournament. Keep everybody happy with cold drinks from the wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and sink with plenty of space for snacks. A TV in the game room offers great background to the games. For the lazier days, curl up in the theater room with theater seats and a projection screen TV. Two bedrooms on this level are ideal for the kids. A master bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an attached private bath and a bedroom with a king bed that uses the hall bath.

Take the elevator between levels, or the interior and exterior stairs.
