Two bedrooms share the bathroom on the ground floor: a queen bedroom and a room with two singles and a day bed. Take the tired crew upstairs where the king master bedroom with private bath sits with access to a huge deck area to overlook the handsome neighborhood. There are three queen bedrooms on this level, two with deck access. The final king master bedroom is located on the top level. Make cooks jealous in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and serve up the meal to all guests or take it out and sit on the deck seating and appreciate an outside dinner. After dinner sink into the hot tub on the deck and watch day turn to nighttime. Or enter the great room and sit on the modern furnishings and watch a movie or read a book while your family enjoys puzzles and games in the home. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
