SOUNDFRONT AVON – Portside Drive – Located on one of the best private kite beaches in Kinnakeet Shores, TWINTIP, a 3,400-sq.-ft. home is both serene and exhilarating. Wind-seekers can launch a kite or windsurf right from the sandy area behind the home. On windless days, kayakers and stand-up paddleboarders will appreciate the Pamlico sound. Cavernous and intimate, this six-bedroom, six full and one half-bathroom home is ideal for groups of friends or multi-generational families with kids. The gentle waters of the sound, private sandy beach, and 24-foot pool constitute the ultimate playground.

Indoors, the first level offers a cavernous game room with a pool table, kitchenette, and laundry room. The first level bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a shared full bathroom. On the second level, four ensuite bedrooms each have a TV and direct deck access. The six-person hot tub is a magnet at the end of the day as the sun sets over the sound. A fifth bedroom on this level features a queen size bed and access to the deck and hot tub.

On the light-filled third level, you will gather in the home’s great room, kitchen, and dining area to renew connections and savor convivial conversation. Take in the sound vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows as you create memorable meals in a roomy kitchen featuring a breakfast island and brand-new stainless appliances. The deck features excellent vistas of the sound, sunsets, and wildlife. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom offers both sunrise and sunset vistas. A comfortable reading nook above the great room offers a working space and gorgeous vistas east and west.

TwinTip is a short drive from an superb supermarket and public beach access. The Kinnakeet Shores community also enjoys two tennis courts and a 50 meter Olympic-sized pool.

There’s much to discover here in the Outer Banks including the Cape Hatteras lighthouse and "Canadian Hole," one of the world's best kiting/windsurfing spots. A week at TWINTIP will create memories forever.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Outer Banks Beaches reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports.
