Located a mere 75 yards from the beach, this side-by-side duplex Villa has a partial view of the ocean and sound from the 2nd and 3rd level decks. When renting Sea Horse you have access to a bright and open, entirely outfitted kitchen, comfortable living area, and a half bath located on the upper living level, which opens to an ocean side deck. The villa accommodates up to 6 visitors with a master suite with a king bed and a queen bedroom that opens to the deck and shares a bath with bunk beds located in the hallway. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, under-home private entry, parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the ideal choice for a calming vacation. Located in Buxton, this cottage is near the beach. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Seafood. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to book:

  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
