CANALFRONT Avon - S. Albacore Ln. - Bask in the AFTERGLOW of the striking sunsets from the decks of this brightly decorated home.

With under-home storage for watersports gear and direct access to the sound from the property from the private dock, this is the ideal home for watersports enthusiasts! There are two kayaks at the home for you to use as well. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and toss some burgers on the charcoal grille after a day on the Pamlico Sound.

Unpack into one of the three bedrooms on the first level of the home with convenient laundry close by. The inviting hot tub is found on the first level covered deck, with of course a gorgeous water view.

The top level great room features vaulted ceilings and blue water vistas through the many windows. Gather in front of the sizable flat screen TV while the cooks whip up dinner in the close by kitchen.

Appreciate your choice of eateries and shopping in the village of Avon and bicycle along with multi-use path.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
