Que' Sera' the future is ours to sea at this oceanfront Kinnakeet Shores gem, featuring a luxe private hot tub! Located on one of Avon's most beautiful tons, this ideally-executed vacation home has a fish cleaning table, locking storage, and a boardwalk to the beach. You'll appreciate the second-story great room with its cathedral ceiling and the warm, beachy living area with high-end furnishings and entertainment center. Take mealtimes up a notch in the cavernous, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Venture out to the wide-open furnished east-facing sun deck for postcard ocean vistas.

There is an oceanfront bedroom with an en suite bath and deck access on the first floor. Bedroom two also has a private bath, and bedrooms three and four share a hall bath near the laundry area. The third level has a private suite.

You're all but guaranteed rainbows day after day at Que' Sera'.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail. Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Avon. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early.   • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
