Resting Beach Place is only 300 yards to community beach access, less than 100 yards to community sound access, and is conveniently located to many stores, eateries, museums, art galleries, marinas, and within walking distance to the Ocracoke ferry! The Villas of Hatteras Landing offers a enormous pool with lounge chairs, access to numerous gas grilles, and ample shared parking. Unwind after a long day on the private balcony overlooking the community pool and watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound.
Single Level Condo (located on Level 2 of 2): As you enter the unit you are greeted by an open-concept living and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Couch. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, convection mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar seating 4. The cavernous full bathroom is located off the hallway. Then, you will enter the King Bedroom which provides you with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the community pool.

This unit is on the second (top) level and is only accessible by stairs.
Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
