Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our turn over crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

BEACH
Just a short walk to the Rodanthe Pier and beach access. Please remember to use the outdoor shower or hose to rinse feet before entering the home or media shed.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Outdoor dining area located on the ground level, protected from the elements. Outdoor shower, water closet, and beach chairs are stored under the home. Please stack cars in front yard for simple parking. Please DO NOT park under the home.
GUEST ACCESS
This home has intelligent keyless locks. A code will be sent to you the day of your arrival.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
At check out we ask guests to leave the home how they found it. You checked into a clean home, please leave a clean home. Remove any excess sand or dirt. While a sanitation crew will arrive after you check out, please remove all personal items including food in refrigerator, and put all trash in bin outside. Please strip sheets from beds, place at the foot of the bed and put all used towels in bathtubs.

Please be respectful, we appreciate our magnificent neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to home rules. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, events or generally disturbing behavior.
