All new construction and just 5 homes to the beach! Ocean & Sound vistas.3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This impressive home sleeps 6 with a max. occupancy of 7. Linens and beach chairs supplied. Park your car, and prepare to make memories that last a lifetime. 4 nighttime minimum.

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING. Yes, it's boring but we find it answers most questions. Home is managed by an NC licensed Realtor. Once booked, we will ask for an e-mail address for simple communication.
The space
CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our turn over crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
min. capacity of 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one single sleep couch.
First floor bedroom 1: king bed, shared full bath with tub/shower combo.
Second floor bedroom 2: king bed, shared full bath .
Second floor bedroom 3: king bed.
Second floor den: twin sleep couch.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a sizable 65 inch T.V. in the family room with streaming capability, guests are invited to log into their private streaming services.
WiFi throughout the property. There are also intelligent TV's in two bedrooms, as well as the living room and second floor den. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!

FAMILY PETS
Animals are not accepted at this location.

BEACH
Just a short walk to the Rodanthe Pier and beach access. Please remember to use the outdoor shower or hose to rinse feet before entering the home or media shed.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Outdoor dining area located on the ground level, protected from the elements. Outdoor shower, water closet, and beach chairs are stored under the home. Please stack cars in front yard for painless parking. Please DO NOT park under the home.

GUEST ACCESS
This home has intelligent keyless locks. A code will be sent to you the day of your arrival.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
At check out we ask guests to leave the home how they found it. You checked into a clean home, please leave a clean home. Remove any excess sand or dirt. While a sanitation crew will arrive after you check out, please remove all personal items including food in refrigerator, and put all trash in bin outside. Please strip sheets from beds, place at the foot of the bed and put all used towels in bathtubs.
HOME RULES
Please be respectful, we appreciate our magnificent neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to home rules. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, events or generally disturbing behavior.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Book your Hatteras vacation in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Hatteras area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines have coupons for nearby shops and restaurants.

Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what configuration is optimal for your group.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

Tips for a wonderful stay:

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
