Chimi House features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms and a full modern award-winning kitchen with an s-bend granite beverage bar. The living room features waterfront vistas, leather furnishings, a flat screen TV, cable and Apple TV. Space to entertain includes a dining room table with seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. The waterfront primary bedroom has a private full bathroom, walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The shared full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area and primary bedroom provide access to the west facing deck with waterfront vistas. The bedrooms provide access to a water view balcony.

Guests of Watermen’s Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, an in-suite washer and dryer, base level secure gear storage, covered parking, an elevator and fast access to REAL Watersports and Watermen’s Bar and Grille. All Watermen’s Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

When to go & When to book:
