You'll be just a few steps from the ocean via a private wooden walkway. Durant Station also offers a host of amenities, including one of Hatteras Island's biggest pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. The Community Center is ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, attending wedding events and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas which offer a 50-inch plasma TV, a pool table, a gas fireplace, and a complete kitchen on the upper level.

This first-floor, corner condo features a enormous wraparound sundeck, ocean and sound vistas, and a position just 20 feet from the community laundry facilities. You'll have four TVs, a VCR, four DVD players, a stereo/CD player, satellite HDTV with DVR, and complimentary high-speed WiFi.
