Exquisite finishes and high-end details create an ambiance of coastal luxury. Wood laminate floor flows throughout the entire condo, and the soaring vaulted ceilings boast exposed beams that were milled from a 200-year-old barn in Asheville, North Carolina. An open-concept layout in the great room makes the most of the exceptional vistas and opens up onto a private waterfront terrace with hot tub. It's the ideal place to end the day with a drink in hand while watching the sunset. Back inside, get dinner started in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliance and handsome soapstone countertops. Every day you'll wake up to a gorgeous water view from the primary suite, which leads out to a balcony where you can appreciate your morning coffee. Two additional bedrooms will comfortably accommodate family and friends, and both include an ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. Bed and bath linens are always included at no additional charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival. After a day at the beach, you can come home to Waves Village and have everything you'll need within the resort. Conveniences include a 70' soundfront pool, Good Winds Restaurant & Bar, and a coffee shop. Finest of all, you'll have direct access to the Pamlico Sound for world-class watersport adventures. From kiteboarding and kayaking to surfing and stand up paddleboarding, Kitty Hawk Kites is onsite and ready to assist with equipment units, lessons and tours. Please note that the daily effects of winds, waves, tides and storms have contributed to coastal erosion impacts at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, particularly adjacent to the villages of Rodanthe and Buxton. The effects of erosion in these towns result in dynamic and unpredictable changes to the dune line, which may unexpectedly affect beach access. Guests may need to utilize alternate beach access points during their stay. No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use.

• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
