You will surely be enchanted by the sweet elegance and southern appeal of our pet-friendly home, Hatteras Retreat! Located in Buxton, you will spend time on one of the most prized beaches of Hatteras Island near the acclaimed Cape Point. Discover countless opportunities for relaxation and fun at this oceanfront home.
No want has been overlooked with all the outdoor entertainment that Hatteras Retreat has to offer! Pull up beneath the home and unload your bags into the protected first level elevator entrance. Chill out and sip your drinks at the covered lounge area while the kids jump into the shining pool and splash in the inset kiddie section. The hot tub is tucked away in this private entertaining area as well. Access the beach directly through the pool gate. Two outdoor showers, foot wash, and a cabana half-bath will welcome you back from a dip in the cool ocean. Whip up some fresh local fish for the whole family on either the gas or charcoal grilles.
Entering the first level of the home, you will find a bespoke rec room with pool table and wet bar to aid in friendly competition. A kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and stand-alone ice machine providing painless access to drinks, snacks, and ice for the cooler. You will find two bedrooms on this level - A King bedroom with deck access, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two Pyramid Twin bunk beds. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
Walk up to the second level of the home to find four King En Suites, three of which are oceanfront with deck access. The fourth king bedroom has access to a covered deck and handicap features such as a roll-in shower and roll-under sink.
Heading up to the third level of the home, you will be greeted by the main living area with vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows to ensure unobstructed, pristine ocean vistas! The Master King En Suite is also on this level and features a walk-in closet, master bath with a bespoke tiled shower and dual vanities, vaulted ceiling, and slider to the oceanfront deck.
The main living room impresses with beautiful blue-ocean vistas and the chic coastal decor makes you feel immediately at ease. Watch the morning news on the enormous-screen home theater system while calming on the plush couches. Prep for a family dinner in the gourmet kitchen which includes an entertainment island, dual fridges, dual dishwashers for simple clean-up, a 5-burner cooktop, dual wall ovens, and a microwave. When it's time to eat, sit down at the huge dining table alongside a wall of windows, offering each guest a seat with a view of the expansive Atlantic. Turn up the music, pour some drinks, and relax on the broad sun deck, accessible from the great room, which provides unobstructed vistas of the Atlantic that will surely leave you awestruck.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**
Check-In is at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will be supplied at this time.
Check-Out is at 10am.
