This handsome, 4,500-square-foot home features a private pool and hot tub and lakefront access for fishing and kayaking. The first level has updated vinyl floor, a recreation room with a second full-size refrigerator, a pool table, and a separate home theater room with comfortable seating for 12. The second level has a laundry room, and superb main bedrooms, one with an attached full bath - all bedrooms have water vistas, deck access, and TVs. Guests get the royal treatment in the fourth level's great room with tall ceilings, fresh resort furnishings, and a great electronics package. The humongous kitchen with tiled floor, granite countertops, two dishwashers, double ovens, breakfast bar, and glass top stove cooking island opens to a striking waterfront dining area. Expansive sun decks and screened porch wrap the Sun Princess.

Things to Know
The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 7 cars.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Hatteras trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
