SUNRISE, SUNSET, REPEAT offers an broad private pool area where you can splash around in a shining pool, laze in the hot tub, or just relax on poolside loungers or at the shaded Tiki bar. The first level features a sizable game room where you can challenge your family & friends to a game of pool, foosball or poker, while others can watch their favorite movies on the 65" intelligent TV. Snacks are simple to make at the wrap around bar with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ice machine. There's also a close by cabana half bath on this level with convenient access from the pool deck. A multi-level elevator provides painless access from the lower level to upper levels of this well-equipped bungalow.
Upstairs on the second level, savor a family movie nighttime in the theater room with the huge projection screen, stadium seating and surround sound. Nearby, you'll find three inviting king master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and intelligent TV. Each bedroom has direct access to the deck and striking vistas on the south facing deck. You can also find a laundry room conveniently located on this level.
The third level features three more roomy king master bedrooms, with private bathroom & intelligent TV, plus the kids' master bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds.The king bedrooms on this floor also have direct access to the extraordinary expansive vistas from the southern facing deck, where you can sit on the double seater hammock chair to take them all in. A second washer and dryer set is also located on this level.
This home has two handicap friendly bathrooms, one on the second level and one on the third level. All bedroom levels include a laundry room for your convenience.
The fourth level of this home features the heart of the home, a great room with vaulted ceilings and expansive unobstructed vistas of the adjacent National Seashore stretching south, as far as the eye can see. The cavernous, ample kitchen has been restocked & upgraded for the 2021 season. Cook in a kitchen that will make every chef jealous with stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and two fridges, all complemented by new quartz covering the 10" wrap around countertop. Dining options are plentiful, either inside at the expansive dining table that seats 16 or on the North or South facing sun decks which include outdoor tables. Relaxing at the end of the day is easy, just comfortable up on the couches in front of the new 65" intelligent TV. On the exterior of the home, all four levels can be reached by outdoor stairs between the decks or via the multi-level elevator. When to visit & When to reserve a Hatteras rental home:
- In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Hatteras attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
