The ground level is home to the private pool area featuring the hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with gas grille and refrigerator surrounded by granite countertops; there are also two charcoal grille stations adjoining the pool area. Inside on the first level is a huge game room with full wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and big screen TV. On this level there is also a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and one with two double beds. On the mid-level, find four oceanfront master bedrooms. Each bedroom offers oceanfront vistas and sliding glass door access to the shaded decks where you can relax with the ocean breezes and admire the view from your personal hammock.

The great room features a home theater system with huge screen TV and sound bar. Create culinary spreads in the enormous kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, broad black granite countertops and high-end appliances, including a second dishwasher. An adjacent dining area leads to an additional outdoor dining area/screened porch. Find your perfect rental:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• To get the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Hatteras attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
