Beach access is simple with a path directly from the outdoor shower to the shared boardwalk to the beach. Sound access is available across the street, convenient for kiteboarders, paddleboarders and kayakers. The roomy pool area is just steps from the game room where you can spread out and savor the Hatteras sunshine a close by Tiki bar, picnic table, grille and indulgent 6 person hot tub. The second level is home to four bedrooms and four full baths, including one with double vanity, Jacuzzi and separate shower. Choose from a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a king master bedroom with private bath, and a king master suite with private bath and private Florida room with a couch and appreciate seat. All bedrooms in the home (except the bunk room) are oceanfront with sliders to the oceanfront deck. The third level of the home features the great room with gorgeous vistas from the three-story wall of windows. The sprawling kitchen has plenty of space for multiple cooks, bar seating and close by dining area with dining and breakfast tables. Step out onto the oceanfront deck from the dining area or great room to kick back and watch the glistening water.
