The upper level has a dreamy king master suite with tile shower and jetted tub and a splendid view of the sound. Also on the top level is the great room with TV, Blu-ray player, and a slider to the east deck with ocean vistas. Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • To get the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Hatteras attractions and restaurants.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
