Located on Upwind Court's cul-de-sac, this Kinnakeet Shores Resort home offers a private and pristine outdoor setting with broad, expansive vistas of the sound and fast and painless access to the water. Lucky Catch includes great parking, a carport, a park grille, a basketball hoop, and a fish station. Head out back to your own personal waterpark featuring a sizable concrete pool, furnished sundecks, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and an fresh tropical bar with plenty of shade.

A side deck off the first floor is home to a six-person hot tub with many massaging jets for the ultimate in relaxation. The tiled entrance leads to pine-floored halls with wood wainscoting, as well as a game room with a full-size pool table, a ceiling fan, a 32-inch TV, deck access, and a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator, a sink, and a microwave.

The fresh kitchen and dining area have tiled floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances that include two dishwashers. A furnished hallway leads to a south deck and a half-bath. The additional-huge seventh bedroom features deck access, a 40-inch intelligent TV, and a bespoke full bathroom with slate floor, a whirlpool tub, and a standalone shower with two showerheads.
