OCEANFRONT Avon - Jollie Rd. - A week in this roomy home will have you singing by the light of the HATTERAS MOON. The ideal size for your group, this thoughtfully designed home offers multiple entertainment areas including the great room with striking ocean vistas and wood floors; a comfortable media room with Intelligent TV home theater system with DVD player, surround sound, Bluetooth device enabling streaming from other Bluetooth enabled devices, and queen couch bed; a game room with pool table, foosball table, flat screen TV/DVD, and 2 queen couch beds; a screened porch housing the 6-person hot tub and sauna; and a second screened porch off the kitchen with picnic table. Escape the heat by taking a dip in the private swimming pool with Tiki bar and cabana bath, or watch the HATTERAS MOON rise over the ocean from one of the completely furnished decks. (Fireplace seen in photos is not for guest use.)

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer is high season in Avon. To book the best rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
