The concrete swimming pool is inviting and surrounded by high quality pool furnishings.

The first level of the home features the game room with pool table, enormous flat screen TV home theater system with surround sound, and a wet bar with full size refrigerator, ice machine and microwave ideal for storing and preparing beach and pool snacks, and for filling up your cooler with ice. An indulgent sauna accepts you to steam your cares away. Also on this level are two bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and the other is a queen master bedroom with private handicap friendly bathroom with roll-in shower. All bedrooms in the home come equipped with sizable, flat screen TVs.
