Oceanside Beachy Keen is one of Avon's best-kept secrets. This home is located on a peaceful road and is just a fast walk to beachfront access. After a day at the beach, you'll be able to make use of the elevated first level's convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. You won't have to leave any of the amenities of home behind; this rental has an open well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to an ocean-view dining area. There is even a private laundry area so you can pack light and a cargo lift to make moving your things a breeze. The top level opens to a splendid great room with a cathedral ceiling and warm furnishings set around the entertainment center. A cavernous furnished sundeck features pretty sound and ocean vistas.
Two of the four second-floor bedrooms are oceanview and have access to exterior sundecks. The third bedroom is a bunk room, and the fourth has a TV. The last bedroom is on the third level and has a shared bathroom and deck access.
