SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Hatteras Landing HATTERAS SEADUCTION will Sea-duce you with striking vistas, Mediterranean stylings and bespoke decor. Unwind in the private pool area with 8 person hot tub, or play in the bottom level game room with pool table, foosball, TV and kitchenette complete with dishwasher, under counter refrigerator, microwave and breakfast table. Also on this level you'll find a convenient half bath for fast runs in from the beach or the pool and a queen master bedroom with 32" flat screen TV. Step up to the mid level of the home for 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which are king master suites with 32" flat screen TVs and Jacuzzi tubs, sound vistas and deck access. But the top level is "molto bello" with bespoke granite floors throughout and sliders on both the west and east side to allow you to soak in the sweeping vistas of the sound and elegant ocean vistas. There is a dining area and two separate seating areas with leather couches and 50" TV, DVD. Then there is the sumptuous kitchen that any chef would adore. For a little peaceful time, venture up the wrought iron circular staircase to the tower room with private balcony overlooking the marina. Stay in HATTERAS SEADUCTION and add a little romance to your vacation.

Hatteras Landing Marina and Teach's Lair Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Hatteras area. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
