There is a community pool and community picnic area with charcoal grilles and fish cleaning station for everybody to savor. Take advantage of the designated slip that will accommodate up to a 24ft boat. Relaxation Station is a ideal location for kayaking and paddle boarding. Stroll the wooden walkways and savor the vistas of the sound and the salt marshes as well as birds and other native wildlife.

There is a full-size stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The elevator is accessible from all levels making unloading a breeze! Parking is allowed for two cars.
