The well-appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, accepting you to prepare memorable homemade meals and treats for the crew. Then, getaway to the inviting living room featuring comfortable couches and a TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The living room opens onto a furnished balcony with vistas of Pamlico Sound! The main suite features balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bathroom, making it a ideal getaway. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras, located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting, and subject to closing without notice.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
