The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean vistas from every property. This condo has a private oceanfront deck, as well as a sound-side deck for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul suitcases and groceries up long flights of stairs! Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast.
At Durant Station, you'll savor a host of amenities, including one of Hatteras Island's biggest private pools, with an adjacent hot tub available April 1st to January 2nd. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, wedding events and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas, which offer a sizable-screen 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. All Durant Station condos have central AC, TV with streaming, Satellite HDTV with a DVR, high-speed WiFi for your devices, and solid surface counters in the kitchen.
Centrally located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with an ocean view. A enormous, separate fish-cleaning station, BBQ grilles, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture. The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village, oceanfront on Highway 12. Savor being beachfront and near local eateries and stores.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
