This top-floor, waterfront home claims a premiere, corner spot in one of the most charming buildings in Slash Creek, Hatteras Village’s fresh condo community. Take advantage of its splendor with your friends and family any time of the year! This condo provides expansive vistas that include the Atlantic Ocean, impressive sunrises, and striking sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Appreciate these vistas from both inside and out on the comfortably furnished, covered deck.

Once inside, you'll be captivated by a cavernous, open floor-plan, further enhanced by the home's soaring, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Spread out or gather in the living area for relaxation and entertainment. The home's electronics package includes premium movie channels, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo. The constructed-in bookcases home a selection of DVDs, books, games, and puzzles. A half-bath and a laundry nook with a stacked washer/dryer are just off the entry way.

The well-appointed kitchen includes an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a garbage disposal, and a breakfast bar as well as handsome cabinets and local cookbooks for inspiration. Savor dining with extraordinary vistas at either of the two dining tables, one of which converts to a game table. On the ground level, you will have access to a lockable storage unit (C-9) and enclosed, private showers to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Slash Creek features a boardwalk for fishing, crabbing, or for taking a calming walk, plus fish-cleaning stations and an inviting pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, with outdoor showers and bathroom.

This home is mins. away from some of the island’s best eateries, recreational equipment units, beach access, the local Post Office, a pharmacy, and a library. You'll also be close to the local museum, shopping, groceries, seafood, a complimentary ferry to Ocracoke Island, and to fishing charter docks where you may take advantage of the world-class fishing for which Hatteras Island is well known.

There is a boat slip (C-9) with water and electricity that is reserved for 25-foot, shallow draft boats.

Dock details: 25' slip available for shallow draft (no more than 2' draft) boats. Boats with head are NOT Permitted.
