Cabana 1B features one king bed and two twins and a full kitchen. The living room features leather furnishings, a flat screen TV with cable and Netflix access. The full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area provides access to a deck with seating for two and a shared charcoal grille.

Watermen’s Cabanas are a just a short walk to REAL Watersports, Watermen’s Bar and Grille or the beach with access to miles of wide-open, impressive beaches.

Dog friendly with a signed pet policy and paid non-returnable fee.

Guests of Watermen’s Cabanas get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a private outdoor shower, an in-property washer and dryer and base level secure gear storage. All Watermen’s Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

Money saving strategies:

  • Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Booking your Hatteras vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
