Welcome to The Beach Place at Hatteras High!
Here you will have DIRECT ocean front vistas from the rear balcony and distant sound vistas from the front porch.
There is NO ELEVATOR, so you will need to be able to navigate 2 flights of stairs. There is a LUGGAGE LIFT located between the two stairwells.
There are two bedrooms, each with a QUEEN bed. There are two bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has an ocean view, sliding glass doors to the balcony, an ensuite bath, and a intelligent tv.

NO BED SHEETS OR BATH TOWELS are supplied. You can bring these with you or rent from a local company. Pillows, blankets, and bedspreads are supplied. The complex offers 3 complimentary washers and 3 complimentary dryers.
There is a QUEEN size pullout couch in the living room. There is also has a intelligent tv with a dvd player. You can choose to turn on the fireplace just for the ambiance or you can set it to have additional warmth to the room.
The Kitchen includes dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cutting boards, a KEURIG and a DRIP coffee pot, wine bottle opener, mixer, crock pot, and can opener. A few starter items such as dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels will be included. Usually (but not guaranteed) there are coffee filters, potholders, dish towels, sponges, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, and salt and pepper on hand.
The POOL is open from mid-May until mid-October (Please confirm opening and closing dates with me). Resort amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grilles, outdoor showers, and a fish cleaning station.
Please bring your beach towels. This is a seven-day Saturday to Saturday only rental in the summer season.
Please note that photos might not be an accurate depiction of how the beach will be during your visit as storms and tides impact the structure of the beach daily. Vacation Rental By Owner incorrectly advertises the walk as 9 mins. to the beach. The building and the condo are direct ocean front.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS allowed unit and facility. There is an RV park next door.
There are no refunds or rescheduling. Hatteras is an island subject to wind, rain, road flooding, beach erosion, and power outages, so please protect your vacation with TRIP INSURANCE. Make sure the insurance accepts you to cancel for any reason and that it covers both trip cancellation and trip interruption.

Located in Rodanthe, this condo is by the ocean. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting.
