Located in over an acre of live oak trees, SWING BELLY'S is the ideal spot for kiteboarders, windsurfers, families, and those who are looking for an added degree of privacy (only rental on the street). Access to the sound is simple down the private boardwalk leading to a private sandy beach. Or if you prefer, there is also a community sound access just down the street. The ground level of the home has a concrete carport and handicap ramp, enclosed outdoor shower with dressing room and fish cleaning table. The main level has four bedrooms and two hallway baths. Two bedrooms access directly to soundside screened porches with enchanting sound vistas, one with hot tub, one with picnic table. The impressive great room features a tall cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows and sliders to access the well-furnished soundfront deck, a ideal vantage point for sensational sound sunsets. Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Frisco. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
