Kids and the family dogs will appreciate playing on the green lawn that separates the home from the shoreline. As you park the car under the home, discover there’s convenient storage there to store your gear, along with an outdoor shower for a rinse-off after a day on the water. Steps to the first level reveal a covered deck and a four-person hot tub where a calming soak is accompanied by a view of the gentle sound waters. Also on this level are two bedrooms that share a hallway bath: a king and a room with one single bunk and a pyramid bunk. For those geared up to move, there is also a den with a Peloton® bicycle.

The remaining bedroom, a king, is located on the top level and shares a bathroom with the rest of the level. This is also home to the high-ceilinged great room where a kitchen, dining area, and living space thoughtfully bring everybody together for meals and memorable moments. The well-supplied kitchen offers plenty of cabinets to stow away groceries and ample counter space to prep your meals.
