Step inside this roomy home and discover a vibrant and open living area beneath a vaulted ceiling, a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining area with seating for six for mealtimes or family game nights. The screened and furnished sunroom includes a picnic table and a gas grille for warm weather cookouts, while additional decks and upper-level balconies offer partial ocean glimpses across the neighboring rooftops. This vacation rental also features a private, seasonal pool for when you want to cool off close to home.

How to get the best rental experience:

When to reserve a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is a great way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
