On the ground level, you’ll find concrete parking under the carport, access to your private in-ground pool and patio area, a new hot tub, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station. Savor a picnic using either the charcoal or Weber gas grille. Within short walking distance to stores, eateries, grocery stores, beaches, and the fashionable Avon Fishing Pier.

On your way upstairs, stop on the first level to play a round of foosball in the modest, furnished game room. Continue up to the second level and you’ll find three cavernous bedrooms. The master includes 1 queen, flat screen TV, and full private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 includes 1 queen, flat screen TV, and close proximity to full hall bath. Bedroom 3 has a set of twin bunk beds plus 1 single bed. Conveniently located new full sized washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.
