min. Number is Guests are 10. We Now Have Internet with WiFi. Directly across from Froggy Dog Restaurant; Ideal walking distance to Eateries and Bars, No need to drive to dinner as numerous nice places close by. Sensational, 3 Bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 10, additional clean rental for families, non smoking. Great screened porch area and huge open deck. Open Family room layout downstairs with an upstairs den with a new 42 inch LED TV. Walking distance to the beach and sound and eateries.
First floor bedroom sleeps 2- one queen size with private bathroom. First floor also has laundry room with washer and dryer in bathroom. Second floor Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and shared jack and jill bathroom to 3rd bedroom. Master bath has Jacuzzi bath and shower. The master bedroom also has a private, porch and stairs to upstairs crows nest with sound and ocean vistas. First floor also has sizable open layout with kitchen, eat in dining area and family room. Living room has just been refreshed with new curtains and bespoke covered furnishings. The kids will appreciate the 3rd bedroom with bunk bed sets which sleep 4 in that room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Lower level outdoor area has a grille and outdoor shower.

The storage room at ground level has surfboards, numerous kayaks for one, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers. Backyard area big enough to play!

Hatteras is the best surfing on the East Coast. Finest Wind surfing anywhere! Great scuba diving in the graveyard of the Atlantic. Prime fishing and more!
We have plenty of beach toys for all to savor from surf boards to a paddleboard. Several kayaks including an ocean kayak. Beach chairs and coolers. Walk across the street to put in the kayaks and paddleboard or pack on in your truck and try Canadian Cove 2 miles south on the right. The high speed ferry to Ocracoke Island is open. Hatteras and Ocracoke Island have made Dr. Beach's top ten list multiple times.
You can rent any open dates, it does not have to be Saturday to Saturday.

About the Area

Avon is home to this cottage. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
