The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village on Highway 12 and offer spectacular ocean vistas from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. The elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages - no need to haul suitcases and groceries up long flights of stairs. Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll appreciate a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's biggest private pools with an adjacent hot tub.
The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, wedding events, and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas, which offer a 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. All units are gorgeously furnished and entirely equipped with linens to make your stay cozy as well as memorable. This condo has central A/C, cable TV with HBO, and high-speed WiFi for your devices. Located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with its own ocean view. A sizable separate fish-cleaning station, shared grilles, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Located in Hatteras, this condo is near the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
