Otters pub is the place to be for a fun and calming vacation in the magnificent Outer Banks! A handsome canalfront home with a huge dock (4 ft. draft) - ideal for those with a boat or just a great place to hang out, catching fish and crabs from the dock or sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset! We also provide three (3) kayaks for you to savor exploring the canals and Sound. The home is equipped with all the bed linens for your stay.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
Located in the Heart of the Outer Banks, a short drive to the beach access ramps, full of impressive beaches, world class fishing, surfing, wreck diving, water sports and much more this is the ideal vacation spot with plenty of shopping, museums, art galleries and more!

The area is home to many head boats and private charter boats as well as the striking surf fishing that Hatteras Island is famed for.

MAIN HOME:
The Living Room, accented with fabulous stained glass windows, has a comfortable queen sleeper couch (new 2022) and loveseat (new 2022), to relax on after a hard day of fishing......ideal for watching a movie, from the great selection supplied, on the Flat Panel Intelligent TV or just listening to music. The huge Kitchen is outfitted with solid Cherry cabinets with Corian countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer (new 2022), an oven/stove (new 2022), constructed-in microwave and completely equipped with everything needed to prepare a spectacular meal! There is a laundry closet on the upper level with a full size washer (new 2023) and dryer (new 2022). The Master Bedroom has a King size bed (new 2022) along with a flat screen Intelligent T.V. to watch before a good nighttime's sleep. Another Bedroom is furnished with two Single Beds and also has a flat screen TV. The full Bath, complete with a sizable vanity, has Heart Pine on the walls and a pretty stained glass door. The Upper Deck, with it's marvelous vistas down the canal to the Pamlico Sound, has both a enormous table and multiple chairs for dining on the deck or appreciating your morning coffee.

MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE:
A amazing separate suite, ideal for couples visiting together! The huge Living Room is complete with comfortable furnishings, to include a great sleeping Futon, flat screen TV, stereo and a complete Kitchenette. The Suite has a comfortable Queen size bed in the Bedroom area and a sizable full Bath. Off of the Living Room is a phenomenal Screen Porch and wrap-around Deck with chairs and a picnic table overlooking the Canal.

OUTSIDE AMENITIES:
A large dock, complete with a fish cleaning table, is the ideal place to dock your boat. A charcoal BBQ is located outside of the screened in porch. Plenty of parking is available out front. ( Please be careful not to park on the grass to avoid damaging the septic system.). Appreciate a hot rinse in the enclosed outside shower to get the beach sand off the feet and out of those wetsuits! Three kayaks are supplied for those adventurous souls that wish to discover the canals or the Pamlico Sound, just be careful and hang on tight to those paddles as it can get rough!

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
