This top-floor, Tower Circle Duplex home, with two bedrooms, is just an simple walk to the beach and ocean. This semi-oceanfront condo has a elegant kitchen, two well-appointed bedrooms, and a bath for those who want to come to the beach to appreciate all that it has to offer. You'll be an painless walk to Buxton Highway 12 stores and eateries and to Fessenden Center Skate Park for the kids. A great way to have your own space and enough room for your friends or extended family is to rent Tower Bottom which occupies the same building as a separate unit with its own entrance. Whether you're here for three weeks or three days, you'll have everything you need to savor beach life.

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Buxton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer time is high season in Buxton. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
