A convenient outdoor shower provides a place to rinse the sand off after a long day at the beach, then toss the burgers and hot dogs on the two charcoal grilles. Choose to eat by the pool or upstairs in the furnished screened porch. An abundance of seating options can be found on the decks and crows nest for casual conversation or reading the latest best seller in the salty breeze. Appreciate lavish sunrise and sunset vistas from the crows nest, where you can view both surf and sound! Inside the home, you are welcomed by bright, beach-themed decor, comfortable furnishings and modren, modern appliances. The first level of the home has a pretty king master with room to relax. There are two more master bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and set of bunk beds.The top level king master bedroom has private full bath and recliner for reading and calming. All bedrooms in the home provide huge, flat screen TVs. The multi-purpose great room features a 70" flat screen Intelligent TV with DVD player, two couches and a appreciate seat so everybody in the group can watch together. A desk in the great room provides a place to check in with the office or as additional space for serving a buffet meal. The adjacent dining area leads to the kitchen with an fresh, modern appliance package, an open pantry, and ample counter space for preparing the days' meals.
