The top floor features two bedrooms, two baths, and a second living area. One bedroom is a master suite with king bed, private bath, TV, and oceanfront deck. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and a deck with seating to catch the handsome sunset sky. A second bath is off the hallway. There is a separate oceanfront living area with a bay window, table and chairs, and magnificant ocean vistas, the ideal place to read or play games.
