Welcome to Kokomo Sands. This striking dream home was finished in April 2024. It features 3057 square ft of living space and 3,000 square ft. of wraparound decks. The vistas are spectacular, including deep water boat slip. Weather overlooking the expansive vistas of the sunsets of Pamlico Sound or the balconies that span over Hatteras Village and Ocean Side, this home has them all. Kokomo Sands was also designed with an open floor plan, many windows & sliders, enormous bedrooms and bathrooms.
