While a boardwalk stretches across the dunes to the beach, access to a cool dip in the water is as close as a private pool; a warmer one in the eight-person hot tub. There’s a fish cleaning station for those angling to catch a seafood dinner and two outdoor showers to make cleanup a breeze.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level including two kings with deck access and a bedroom accommodating four with two bunk beds. There are two full hallway baths on this level. The final bedroom, consisting of a king with access to a full hallway bath, is located on the third level. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs.

• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
