Ocean and sound vistas galore. In the morning surfers can check the ocean from the kitchen table. In the evening the sunset over the sound lights up the whole home. Just a short walk to the beach, then come back and savor the pool and hot tub. If you’ve had enough of the sun, relax on a comfortable couch with the company of our 46 inch flat screen TV on the 3rd floor or shoot some pool, foosball, or bumper pool in the game room. This home is ideally located near the best surfing spots on the East Coast and is entirely equipped to meet all of your comfort and entertainment needs.
This home is ideal for sizable groups in need of bunk beds and is loaded with amenities! Ideal for church or business retreats, get-togethers, fishing, or surf trips, and enormous-family getaways. Very kid and adult friendly. The first level features a completely supplied game room in including a billiard table, René Pierre foosball table, bumper pool table, wet-bar/ mini kitchen with additional freezer, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed, a full and half bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room. The second level has four bedrooms each containing two sets of bunk-beds, one of which is a pyramid (double on bottom). Each room has its own deck access with vistas of the sound or the ocean. Head on up to the third level and you will find a roomy living area with a huge sectional couch, 46 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound, a solid mahogany dining table that seats 16, the master bedroom, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as another closed-off playroom or office for those in need of some privacy.
You will appreciate your stay here!
NOTE: A new bridge has newly been constructed on the soundside of our home which is not shown in these photos. The bridge lands on the other side of our street, not too far from our home. The view of the sunset over the sound is still elegant, but there IS a bridge there now! We also expect a bit of increased traffic noise once it is in use.

Tips for getting the perfect rental experience:
Find your perfect rental:
- Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
- In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Hatteras visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines have coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Select a group leader, select your vacation dates, and select a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Fully-Equipped Beach House W\/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Gorgeous Views has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If there's a specific Hatteras attraction you long to visit, look for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
- If your group is traveling with pets, you must reserve a property that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
More tips for your visit:
- We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Note any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
