This well-appointed 6-bedroom, 4-bath oceanfront home will be your favorite Hatteras Island Vacation Home with expansive ocean vistas from the broad ocean-facing decks on all levels! At your doorstep, you will find direct access to the beach for a day of sun-soaked fun! The fun does not stop after a day at the beach… savor the private pool, hot tub, or one of the roomy seating areas inside, or relax on the sundecks to watch the ocean waves. Don't forget your 4-legged family member… Alls That is dog friendly!
Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a private pool, carport, and driveway to accommodate up to 6 cars, private beach access, and grille.
Mid Level: On the entrance level you will find 4 bedrooms, all with cable TVs, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with 2 pyramid bunk beds (Twin over Full). Across the hall is Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin beds. An expansive full bathroom off the hallway is conveniently accessible from both bedrooms. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are both furnished with King beds and share a huge full bathroom with access from the hallway. A washer and dryer can be found off the hallway. Access to the covered porch, hot tub, and covered ocean-facing deck is on this level.
Top Level: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a main living area, and two bedrooms. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom #6 is also on this level and is furnished with a King bed. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom located off the hallway. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a TV and DVD player and plenty of seating. The dining area features an expansive dining table that seats 12. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware, refreshed appliances, and two breakfast bars (each seating 4). From the living area is access to the cavernous ocean-facing decks with plenty of seating for everybody.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. - When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
