The home has amenities for the whole family to savor with two levels of sundecks and a shining swimming pool that has an inset kiddie pool and bubbly 7 person hot tub close by. Entertainment options include the ground level game room with pool table, game table and shuffleboard with 39" Intelligent TV and comfortable sitting area around a second 39" Intelligent TV. An audio system provides speakers inside and outside for the game room, great room, and pool areas so that everybody can appreciate music while spending time at the home. The convenient wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave is ideal for afternoon snacking. Other entertainment choices include the mid-level den with futon and 55" Intelligent TV and a loft over the great room offering peaceful space to enjoy the sound vistas and sunsets.
When nighttime falls you can retire to the comfortable bedrooms, each with a 32" Intelligent TV. The lower level offers a king master bedroom with private bath and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 5 and shares a bathroom with the game room. Three more king master bedrooms with private baths can be found on the mid-level. The top level king master suite features a whirlpool tub and separate shower. - Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
