Cool off under the shaded pergola with seating or watch the fun from the covered bubbly hot tub. Let your family show off their drink mixing skills at the Tiki bar with seating. A summer cookout is simple with the gas grille and ample covered and sunny seating. You’ll never have to go inside, play at the putting green while you watch the sea oats sway in the wind.

Inside the first level of the home, appreciate the roomy game room with every game you need for an all-nighttime game tournament. Start with a pool challenge, move to the foosball table, and end the nighttime at the ping pong room in the attached garage. • To find the best value, try changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).
