Stretch out and lounge poolside and soak in the island sun and salty air. Splash in the pool and challenge your family to a basketball tournament at the pool basketball goal. Cool off under the shaded pergola with seating or watch the fun from the covered bubbly hot tub. Let your family show off their drink mixing skills at the Tiki bar with seating. A summer cookout is painless with the gas grille and ample covered and sunny seating. You’ll never have to go inside, play at the putting green while you watch the sea oats sway in the wind.

Inside the first level of the home, savor the roomy game room with every game you need for an all-nighttime game tournament. Start with a pool challenge, move to the foosball table, and end the nighttime at the ping pong room in the attached garage.
