OCEANFRONT Hatteras – Hatteras Landing –
Oceanfront vacations have never been so extravagant, experience NAUTILUS, a seven-bedroom, 6,000 sq. ft. estate. A huge oceanfront pool deck will immediately put you in a vacation mood. Stretch out and lounge poolside and soak in the island sun and salty air. Splash in the pool and challenge your family to a basketball tournament at the pool basketball goal. Cool off under the shaded pergola with seating or watch the fun from the covered bubbly hot tub. Let your family show off their drink mixing skills at the Tiki bar with seating. A summer cookout is painless with the gas grille and ample covered and sunny seating. You’ll never have to go inside, play at the putting green while you watch the sea oats sway in the wind.

Inside the first level of the home, savor the roomy game room with every game you need for an all-nighttime game tournament. Start with a pool challenge, move to the foosball table, and end the nighttime at the ping pong room in the attached garage. Mix up snacks while you wait at the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, ice maker, and bar seating. Ease back into the couches and play a movie in the background on the 65” plasma home theater system with surround sound and a BluRay player. Two master bedrooms are on this level, one king master bedroom and the other with two pyramid bunk beds with trundles, both have attached private baths and TVs. Two washer and dryers are also on this level making laundry convenient. Use the elevator to go between levels.

The second level has a enormous king master bedroom with an attached private bath with dual vanities and a hottub tub. Sit back and soak in the bubbling water with vistas of the island around you. The great room continues the opulent theme of the home. The island sun will glisten off the mantel and accent granite wall from the two-story window facing the ocean. Savor a family dinner at the Italian granite table that seats 16. An additional table seats four as a breakfast nook and more seating at the kitchen island bar. Stainless steel appliances will excite the chef in your family. Two stoves make sizable meals simple and two dishwashers make cleaning up easy as well. You won’t run out of counter space with the additional kitchen island. The decks on this level provide gorgeous vistas. Sit back on the comfortable seating and take in the ocean waves as they lap against the shore. Stunning sunrise photos and sunset glows can be seen from here and the occasional dolphin is known to make a visit.

The final top level of the home has four king master bedrooms. Each with their own attached private bath with dual vanities and hottub tubs and TVs. Two master bedrooms, facing the ocean, have private decks. Sip coffee in the morning appreciating the peaceful start to your day. The front of the home has a covered deck, ideal for watching the island life around you. A work station is set up by the stairs or sit in the reading area that overlooks the great room. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $650. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
