The crow's nest observation deck provides spectacular expansive vistas of both the ocean and the sound for sunrise and sunset viewing. The top level "observatory room" offers 180 degree vistas, ideal for watching the charming OBX sunrises. Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. And while at the home, appreciate your own private 15’ x 30' pool and 6-person hot tub.

If the sun isn't shining, step inside to the first level of the home featuring a full bathroom, game room, and theater room. The spectacular theater room features a 90" TV and nine plush cushioned theater seats. Hold private screenings of your favorites on Netflix. This theater room can be a real vacation-saver when the weather won't allow the kids to frolic on the beach, or when the adults need some quality time away from the kids. The game room also offers respite from the weather and offers a pool table, TV, mini-refrigerator, and full bathroom.

The second level has two master suites including one king and one queen each with private bathrooms. Another king bedroom on this level shares a bath with a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The third level has one more queen bedroom, plus a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and very comfortable living and dining areas with direct access to a deck and picnic table. A half flight up is the observatory room.

Ample parking leads to a dry entry with a dumbwaiter for transporting suitcases and provisions to any level.
