There's no better place for a Hatteras Island hideaway than Painless 'n Breezy, a home that sits across the street from the Pamlico Sound in the coveted Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood of Avon. Appreciate a private pool and hot tub, as well as a walkway to the sound for fast water sports access across the road.

This home's modern design and craftsmanship, comfortable furnishings, and opulent style instantly welcome you in. Two levels of covered decks out front invite you to watch kiteboarders by day and the east coast's favorite sunsets by nighttime. The back side of the home has two levels of sundecks that overlook the private pool and the lush wetlands in the backyard. The private hot tub is located on the first-level back deck.

With three primary bedrooms and a pair of rooms for the kids connected by a bathroom, this home is cavernous enough for the whole group. A lounge area sits on the first level just off the front deck, offering a sizable TV and a plush couch.

The great room on the top floor - composed of the kitchen, dining, and living areas - has high ceilings and plenty of windows that frame amazing vistas. The immaculate kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a huge breakfast bar. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
