SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo – Find A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN on Hatteras Island. In the opulent South Beach community, this six-bedroom home will become your next vacation destination. Beach days are painless, take the short walk to the beach on either a sandy path or a wood boardwalk. Pull up to this charming home and park under the covered carport. Use the elevator for simple unpacking and delivery through three levels minus the lofted space over the third level of the home. Float around in the pool in the back of the home and appreciate the salty air. Try your skills at mixing drinks at the covered tiki bar with a sink, or use it for snack storage while you tan on the pool deck. Slip into the hot tub to really start calming on vacation.
Inside, relax in the game room and play a game of pool while you watch your favorite movie on the TV. Keep drinks cold at the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. The roomy room will surely wear out the little ones of the group. The one bedroom on this level is great for the kid room with a twin-over-full pyramid bunk with an attached private bath and a TV. The second level of the home has four king master bedrooms and a den area. Choose between the master bedrooms with attached private baths and TVs for your vacation room. All rooms have deck access with one having a private deck. Watch island life and have ocean vistas from the covered wraparound decks. The ideal location to savor a morning coffee or an evening drink. Cozy up with a good book in the den on this level. Watch nature from the sliding glass doors or turn on a show on the TV.
The third level of this home has the sixth bedroom. The sixth master king bedroom is cavernous and ideal for a vacation escape from everybody. Take this bedroom for yourself with a hottub tub, steam shower, a dual vanity, a stand-up shower, and sliding doors to the top-level deck. The bedroom has sizable windows for natural light to stream into the room and sliding glass doors that open to the bedroom’s private sundeck. You’ll enjoy cooking up every meal in the extravagant kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a second island sink. After cooking a huge meal, gather the family at the dining table that seats twelve and utilize the breakfast bar that has four seats for additional seating.
The great room was made for making memories. Put a movie on the Intelligent TV and have everybody sit around. With ample seating, everybody will have their own space. Watch as the sky turns pink over the ocean from the great room. Step outside onto the deck and breathe in the amazing ocean air and let the salty breeze brush past you while you watch A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN on Earth at this handsome home. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

- Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Some owners offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
