The mid-level has four bedrooms - two master suites (1 king, 1 queen) - plus another queen room and a room with two singles that share a hallway bath. All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs and access to the wrap-around porch with charming sound vistas. Upstairs you will be welcomed by the huge, open great room with vaulted ceiling that offers an entertainment center with Intelligent TV. Savor calming in the comfortable seating area, feast on a family dinner at the long dining table, and gaze out the many windows that open to the Pamlico Sound. The great room and dining areas open to the third floor deck with outdoor benches and chairs for your relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with two dishwashers, opens to another covered porch facing the morning sun, providing a private place for your morning coffee. You will also find another king master suite on this level. You and your family are sure to bring home incredible memories from your vacation at FIRE ISLAND. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
