SOUNDVIEW Avon — Kinnakeet Shores — A private location on a safe neighborhood cul-de-sac. 4,000 sq. ft. of well-designed space. Beautiful vistas as far as the eye can see. That’s what we call SOUND LIVING, a seven-bedroom/seven-full and three-half-bath home that checks all the boxes for the ideal vacation hideaway.
Choose to hit play or pause at the ground level pool area where a shining pool, inviting chaise lounges and a four-person hot tub provide multiple options. An outdoor shower and half-bath are located conveniently close by and an under-home entry reveals an elevator to help you move groceries and bags to their designated destinations. On the first level, a cavernous recreation room features a pool table, TV, entertainment center, bistro table, and kitchenette. There is one bedroom on this level featuring a pyramid bunk and trundle with its own full bath. Four more bedrooms occupy the second level, all kings with ensuite baths, TVs and private deck access to savor the vistas of nature at play. The home’s second half-bath can be found between levels two and three.
Two more king master bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and TVs are located on the third level, opening onto a light-filled great room. When to visit Avon & When to reserve a Hatteras rental home:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. To get the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
